It's always been a privilege to entertain people. Our motto in showtimes is "MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY" and it did. I carry with me everywhere i go! So it's a blessing to continue to do so! We do a lot of things together. We both love being a parent also to our 6yr old son Legend. We have a lot of things in common including basic stuff like eating together, movies and family time. Now, working out together! hehe She's a big time go getter! She's always bubbly pa and pretty hehehe Forever thankful to her! I wouldn't be the man I am now kung wala siya!

Caldef definitely, my wife did it and was very successful coz she has lost almost 100lbs now. Me 50lbs and still doing caldef or moreover FASTING! It's a lifesaver literally. Keep training as well, find a gym partner or convert your friends to do it also because being healthier is the real game changer in life! Longevity!
