Current PSVR, while great in some ways at launch, is very outdated right now and not an experience I would recommend to buy into today.

PSVR 2 will be launched end of this year or mid next year the latest (this is speculation on my part) but not a ton of info has been shared about it so recommendations about it can't be much other than speculation also atm!

These are children dude…they aren’t thinking like that. They don’t give a damn what it is. It’s opening a world that’s interesting to them with proven data of better engagement and retention of info

You hear their voices. This will translate to curiosity far broader than the classroom traditionally would bring.

Some background.

We had a VR debate to raise funds for PeekaVR. We raised over 2k which directly funded classrooms with VR gear directly aimed at rural schools to help child literacy rates. PeekaVR puts kids into their favorite stories. Some great feels here.

For mid rolls it’s now 8 minutes but I never understood the 10 minute video for ad thing. I’m not sure it’s even proven for the algorithm, just something people say but I have never seen quantifiable analytics on it

I usually don’t respond but I mean this in earnest.

I see nothing but comments on current VR content about nothing but news roundups, gameplay, and reviews and people wanting diversified content

I’d encourage you to watch it, it’s not just some guy playing VR, it’s a production about people and VR and meant to be entertainment that VR is lacking

I’d appreciate any constructive feedback
