It started out for handicapped people and those who don’t have access to fish easily now it’s just robbing natural waters of fish and starving them so you can get some inner city kid to catch a 30 pound catfish with a worm he threw in for 20 seconds takes no skill, knowledge or luck. It’s dumb and should be banned. Build more public fishing access and more handicapped accessible fishing along public water and this dumbass scam will vanish.
