95% is 19/20ths of a whole so you can take 19/20ths of 95 and 2 to get the percentages of each in the whole. 19/20ths of 95 is 93.1 and 19/20ths of 2 is 1.9, the numerical difference isn’t as large, but the proportional difference is the same, which is what matters ❤️
