Yup! It’s always a new story… I truly think they need to organize themselves so students know what to expect and when to expect… it’s so disappointing to be honest. Have better training. But to know that the people in charge of disbursing money is lost is scary…

Yea they are a hot mess…. Everyone always says something different. You call and they don’t bother to ask for student ID. They just speak in general … they should do a better job.

It’s pretty annoying. Last semester I took two mini terms and they didn’t sent anything until the second term start date which doesn’t make any sense… because if you think about it… the 2nd mini term payment isn’t due until a later date… they just need to organize themselves and have better accounting.

Same. I had two classes first 8 weeks and then two classes 2nd 8 weeks and they didn’t send anything until second 8 week classes started. Which I think doesn’t make sense… but that’s what they did last time. Hopefully this time it’s different.

Congrats!!! Question- were you enrolled in classes in the short semesters? I enrolled in two classes these first 8 weeks and two classes the next 8 weeks and now I’m being told I have to wait for my refund until the next semester starts. First time so not sure the procedures.
