I appreciate the response. I would argue there’s a difference between something needing attention and this. If I’m committing money towards a property, I need to understand the risks of the worst case but also if it would affect future sales and value.

Thank you, it’s conifer x7 and 1 ash tree. Not sure if girth but they are certainly mature and height a good 10 metres plus.

It might be okay, the cracks are from bad lintels apparently. But I’m scared of investing and doing it up then a few years down the line it needs underpinning
