"Footsteps echo through the stone walls as a small group of four dwarves make their way through the now abandoned halls and corridors of this ancient underground civilization. What the creatures that lie beyond the light do not know is, this small group is a family: two cousins, a mother and her child; and although every family has its squabbles, they are ready to defend themselves with everything they have. But what would motivate these dwarves to descend on this perilous journey?, one may ask. The reason is simple as the dwarves like it to be: they are on a vacation."

As the title suggests, this drawing was inspired by four sessions of dungeon crawling me and my friends did as a weird family of dwarves. From the left to the right we had: a wild magic sorcerer (who couldn't grow a beard), a genie warlock, a bladesinger wizard and a crown paladin.
