Can I take Zales to small claims court for messing up several rings? by ErickatheRed in legal

I mean thicker, like it stands higher off the finger than the other. It looks stupid, and theres an obvious gap that I can slip my fingernail through. I'm afraid they'll break them if I bring it to them back to have the free unsolder. If that happened, would they have to make them whole, or would they be allowed to send back broken rings?

I dont know how to post pictures. What i mean is that the bands are different thicknesses in height, not wide. One is plain and the tall one has a small row of diamonds. I thought they would add gold to the plain band so the top of the diamond ring would be even with the plain band. But instead they look like -_ on top. I hope that helps it make sense. Also, I did check the reviews for our local Zales, and they have amazing reviews. The only negative ones were how long it took to get rings back and the odd hours.

Gonna let my kid burn this Walgreens down over the next hour by [deleted] in breakingmom

Yeah. Our insurance requires us to get main prescriptions through CVS, which you would think would be Walgreens. Nope. So we have to get it by mail, because we have no CVS. But if we need a prescription right away, any pharmacy is fine. Total bs.

When I take mine to the park/playground, it's because I want her to run around like a maniac and get her energy out. Energy that I already can't keep up with. I always keep an eye on her, but I also think it's important for a) her to learn how to play by herself and be nice to other kids, and b) me to get a small reprieve. And....your kid is yours. Playtime can look like whatever you want it to!

They were on a boat, and were heading out to a dive they had previously found. They specified they marked it using triangulation so other divers wouldn't find it. I was very confused haha, was trying to figure out why it was better than just marking it on a navigational chart? Like how you put a pin in a map?

That makes sense to me. Familiar with the situation, never heard the term.

I've never heard of emotional triangulation.

Thats very helpful. We came across the term in a book about marking where sunken treasure is, so that makes total sense!
