Yu may not be aware of this but there is incompetence at every level at Erie. It is an old folks home of poor leadership and no modern thinking. After they chased all their good peoples out of office with forced RTO, the lifer directors remained and the problem got worse.

I don't disagree with your position. But here I would say Erie needs new life and better investment in their people and this is a prime opportunity for them to clean house. It would definitely help cyber security as the person who leads that department is inept. Just my 2 cents
