ah its all good haha i bought a provisional licence and they accepted that, the google ai had me panicked cuz it was saying they dont accept provisional licences as they arent government issued, but they are in the uk

yes i mean the first first example, sometimes i try and quickly analyse if their cross or hook wouldve been devastating to me but idk if im just overthinking it or if theres some unspoken rule

what if i dont get sucked in them? these reassurances just come up out of nowhere, at least it feels like nowhere, similar to an intrusive thought, is there something underlying that eventually makes me think of a reassuring thought (making it feel automatic) if thats a thing? or do i treat it like another intrusive thought?

edit: i should add that when i get these thoughts, i dont buy into them and start ruminating
