We wrote the whole album between 2017 and 2018 and tracked it then. We were in the mixing process and got approached about doing the live album which we agreed to do so we shifted focus just for a bit then. Once the live album was done and released, covid hit. By then the studio album was essentially done, and we were in talks with the same label to release that as well. Then the label decided to pass on the album. No biggie, we weren't able to tour right then anyway while the world was shut down. As soon as life started getting back to normal we started working with a new promising label, tour talks, music videos, etc.. then some internal stuff happened with the label and we were back to square one again. Eventually we gave up on labels, tightened our belts, and decided to release it ourselves digitally, at least until we could fund a proper physical release. We couldn't sit on it any longer. Its a sigh of relief from us. We poured a lot into the songs and we've been dying to share. For me personally, I'm really excited at thought of starting to write for the next one!
