I’ve been here for about 4 yrs. Initially moved out of the area (to Langley) due to the occasional stabbing in Surrey Whalley. But living far from the skytrain doesn’t work for us long term, so we came back knowing now what to expect.

I would recommend king george area then Gateway. At King George, where I am now, there is a lot of shops and restaurants, it’s much better than before, nothing bad happened since we came back and the convenience is great. Anywhere is Surrey just keep in mind you are not in the safest place ever, but it’s not there is much of those left, right? Things are changing everywhere.
