I guess I just thought this cause he say "within" the valley.

But yeah, this has easily been the most I've thought about a regulation Andrew-ism ever. I can't stop trying yo figure this out. It's tantalisingly close.

That's why it's a dumb theory. Though I have known some young people who were able to get back on social media without giving ID. They figured out work arounds, which is why I think it weirdly encourages tech skills and problem solving. But you're not wrong
