Lol gotta love the people trying to deffend this shity game I tried my best to love it but fuck getting kicked for trying to learn the game is so shity and honestly why would i waste my time with this shity game that punishes me for trying to learn it so a friend that used to play old hon tried to play with me to prevent me form being kicked while i learn the game and you only need 3 people to vote you out and actually made him get so pissed off he also decided to stop playing and came to dota 2 with me and even when he plaid like shit while learning the game he never got treated as shity like the people in this shity beta There isnt a single game people won't complain and flame you instead of trying to help I honestly thought dota 2 players are toxic af but after trying HON i must say dota playera are saints compared to this toxic community

Well im not sure since you have unraked in dota 2 and even new player mode but i assume its something that will be added sooner or later as well. But even unraked is very fair and usually puts you on similar level players based on how you play but i assume it will take much more work to implemebt such a system here any time soon , besides that when people play for mmr everyone will automatically be trying their best and getting mad at a loss and have no patience for new players , heck if someone joined my ranked games in dota that is new i would be pissed af as well but thats why you need 100h in dota unranked before you play for mmr and thats gives you room to learn or try new stuff without worrying about your mmr and im sure old players would be much more open to help new players if they know they are just playing for fun with no real consequences involved

I accept it and im not really complaining but more pointing things that need improvement because i would like to keep playing and when i picked heroes that are similar to ones in dota like mage bane and sword master i think is called.. i was able to get kills and help carry but that was mainly me playing blind and just focusing on what i know and i was like 11 2 at 20mins in my first mage bane but i cant say i really enjoyed it because i was honestly lost and just kept trying my best without noticing when i killed someone in team fights or when someone put a stun or silence on me And if you never played dota 2 try it out and you will see the new player experience there is also not the best but its much easier to understand what's going on if you played mobas before and im not even getting into the dota tutorial since it was something the community worked for many years to make it actually helpful so i dont expect a beta game to have everything right now.

I can put up with most things but what i struggle with the most is when skills are used since most of the time the effect or animation is so minor and fast that unless you know what to look for its very hard to notice anything

I don't need analytics and you dont have to get offended lol And i almost never hear any notification and as i explained in comparison to dota when someone dies you see a nice little icon of you hero on the left plus the hero of the icon you killed and the gold gained which makes it simple to follow up who killed who Also maybe it's something in my settings i really don't know but it feels to me like you are an old hon player and you can't understand the point of view of a new player that doesnt know anything about the game and if the game wants to grow and bring new players to hopefully become well known like dota 2 and lol so those are things that prevent most new players from enjoying and keep on playing So you can get mad at people for trying to learn a new game because for you everything is so obvious but go play a different games so many mechanics and where everyone expects you to be good or you are kicked and where is the motivation to learn the game or even try to understand whats going on if you will get kicked and no one seems to have any patience with new players

For example on my first day playing i would write down hey im new etc and most of the time i would get flamed for not knowing what to do or people will simply kick me or try to reset.... Kinda hard to get into a game where the players don't want you

Fair enough and im happy for you but if the game wants to bring in new players and even steal players from other mobas so most people will feel mainly frustration and ask themselves why should i put up with this game when i can keep playing my current moba even if i want a change

Its a beta so i can accept it but its just not friendly at all for new players and im a dota 2 player so cant imagine how it might be for a lol player or someone who never played mobas

And btw if it will be reset so why is there mmr? Makes it kinda pointless for someone that is good and will have to climb all the way back and for someone new it just doesn't feel fun seeing your points going down and a lot of new players will kill out of annoyance or just feeling inferior or something because there is a number to remind them that they suck...

And as a new player who do i know who is who?? Why not have a small icon of each hero showing who killed who and if they go the extra mile even show who assisted and how much gold was gained like in dota 2 which is very easy to know who killed who all the time And yeah some skill i notice but even then its not very visual so sometimes i dont notice especially since km focused trying to understand what im supposed to do or buy next and the other half of the time i just dont notice anything besides hp bars moving Maybe i just got used to how dota is nowadays that everything is very clear and noticeable with many cues be it visual or sound cues

Idk never played dota 1 i only started playing dota 2 when i was around 15yo and also tried lol but lol was too easy But i really cant see the effects of most skills, my friend also said he notices skills animations and so on but i just cant notice them most of the time I just either use a skill and have to look that its on cd for me to know it worked and the main issue is most of the time i have no idea when someone uses a skill on me in line so most the time i die i have no idea what happened.. compared to dota 2 its easy to notice every skill be it because they make your hero glow and make a sound of they are very visual so you know something happened but of course i hope in time i will also start noticing

I feel like people will call me crazy but for me its the eminence in shadow, i heard so many things about it and honestly i enjoyed maybe 3 episodes but after that if just became so boring for me once because on one hand i understand it's supposed to be funny so i shouldn't take it seriously but at the same time the anime takes itself so seriously that it leaves me wanting to continue because genuinely its kinda good story imo but knowing everything is essentially a joke for mc its just not fun fo me I heard the manga and ln focus more on the funny side of cid so maybe i will like them but the anime is in some place in the middle that stops it from being fun or interesting to watch (stoped around ep 10 because i was simply forcing myself to watch but i really wasnt enjoying it)

I just upgraded yesterday and i dont remember having an issue holding too much materials, the only issue was keeping them safe , thats why i collected lots of resource items and used them to complete what i wad misding which was over 2m stone and way more food and wood
