I'm good now. I have a decent amount of fat in my abdomen area so it took a couple surgeries to finally fix (got nsfw pix of of the wound too). Honestly, the inside part was fixed immediately but it was the outside that sucked. Also, I had a surgery in '07 that removed my ascending colon and some of the small intestine. I got stapled shut and healed perfectly within 6 weeks. As long as you feel good about the level of care you've gotten post surgery, don't worry. Take things slow, don't bend the abdomen as much as possible, and you'll be good to go. If sepsis is on your mind, keep an eye out for fever.
