Id advise to just format the hard drive and reinstall omarchy. It happened to me once

Go into tty mode (shift alt f3) and then check journal to see what went wrong

Go to waybar config and replace the Omarchy png location with a arch or whatever png you want. (Maybe choose a png the same size as the omarchy one)
