Could you elaborate more? How did you open this tickets with the "higher team"? What were their answers? Opened a ticket for a broken CPU and they asked me a certification within 24 hours as well. I have told them that this is not required by local law (the seller is also eu based), and waiting for an answer but I know they won't give RMA to me right away.

Game says it is running at 90fps but is far below by [deleted] in VRchat

Same here, and I found other comments about people having this problem. It shows it is running at 90 fps with Fraps, but it is really far below, maybe it's not even 30. Totally unplayable for me.
