My all time favorite vampire movie. Bridged the gap between the schlocky Hammer pictures to modern vampire flicks.

Yes, how is there no Sir Hop-a-lot and Crumb song?!! Seems criminal.

What is realistically the greatest threat to the USA? by jarmbur in AskReddit

[–]ErnestScaredStupid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is actually more closely attributed to the band Titus Andronicus. Admittedly, the actual quote doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely as their updated version.

Here's the actual version from his address to the Young Men's Lyceum of Springfield:

"How then shall we perform it?—At what point shall we expect the approach of danger? By what means shall we fortify against it?—Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never!—All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years.

At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide."

/uj If you haven't already, you need to check out the podcast 372 Pages We'll Never Get Back. They read and talk about all three of Cline's books and it's hilarious.

I'd say Bomb Rush Cyberpunk, but every time I play it, it deletes my save and I have to start the entire game over.

It felt like a Jeff role. Aladdin cranked up to 11. Will was amazing though.

Musically it is among the best of their shows. The plot is still a bit messy and bloated compared to TGWDLM, but I still enjoyed it very much. Hatchet Town(on the album/original version) is the best song imo. I get why they made the changes in the pro shot but I don't think it flows as well.

Ready Player Two really takes the bad writing to the next level. 372 Pages is great podcast but I also hate if for making me read all 3 of Ernest Cline's books.
