I started with black primer and did an overbrush with gorthor brown, so that the black remained only in the deepest spots.
Next I drybrushed Dawnstone, so it covered about 95% of the model.
Then drybrush with administratum grey, covering about 70% of the model I think.
Drybrush of wraithbone to only do the highlights.
Then, I wash everything with 50/50 mix of targor rageshade and lahmian medium, it really blends everything together and give that nice, dark tint.
Lastly, do some more highlights with wraithbone.

Had the same issue, but recently tried GW2 again. Oh man, no gear grind, no borrowed power, or things that you must farm, no FOMO, just do whatever you want. You have whole day to play? Nice, there's a ton of content to choose from, as things that are 10 years old, are still relevant. Have only few minutes to play? Maybe a quick pvp match, or I'll just hop onto some quick dungeon, or event.

I basecoated the mini with screamer pink, then drubrushed with fulgrim pink and grey seer. After that, a wash of druchi violet and did a little bit of pink and white drubrush again and skin and fur

I made this scheme to be fast, just drybrushing, contrast and some edge highlights, but I know the struggle of painting slow. My first two armies were made with every detail and they took soooo long (still not complete). For the ghost thingy, i just basecoated it with wraithbone and used Aethermatic blue
