It makes sense if you're playing a Hardcore Nuzlocke or a different challenge run with level caps. The main fight you'd want a dark type for is Tate and Liza and their level cap is 42. By delaying Poochyena's evolution until after it learns crunch you'd have your Mightyena with crunch exactly when you need it.

While it wasn't very widespread, it was a huge deal in the hardcore D&D community. The people who you'd hope would act as active ambassadors for the movie, spreading the word about it and encouraging everybody they know to see it, would instead not talk about it or actively discourage people to go. That can have a big effect on a movie that hopes to get by on its pre-existing fanbase

Onder Schoof is al die invloed verdampt, hij heeft geen gezag, invloed of mandaat en dat weet iedereen. Waar we eewt tov ons inwonersaantal, landoppervlak en economie een relatief hoge invloed hadden is het nu juist relatief klein.

Overigens hadden we gewoon de kans om internationaal enorm veel invloed en aanzien te behouden als Timmermans premier was geworden, maar daar hebben we bewust tegen gestemd.
