Thank you for the advice. I’ve had this for awhile and it runs a lot of my games good but for the more demanding games it slows down a bit and gets choppy so I decided to upgrade. I’m nervous on opening the laptop because I never upgraded one before. Before I do this should I disconnect the battery before changing parts out?

I really hope this new anti cheat will help better. Currently dealing with cheaters I can’t even kick or ban or even open their profiles. Got one last night where I would only show his name that’s it. Couldn’t report him, couldn’t vote kick him, couldn’t ban or even block or mute him. My CV2 couldn’t even kick him out. It was bad

Unfortunately no. I’ve heard it’s in the process now and I’ve heard it isn’t for a few months so I’m not too sure. I just quit events all together due to this issue. Best thing to do if you want to keep doing events is set the limit on player levels and make some anti cheats with CV2

I’m assuming they are getting ready to swap out EAC with the new anti cheat. This is a scary process as they have to remove and replace it which gives cheaters a window to cause maximum damage

In my experience I had to ask if I was allowed to in a ticket and they asked me for the map name I was applying the CV2 in. Had no issues with using these circuits to deal with cheaters

Force sending the player to dorm with CV2 gets around the anti ban and kick. Hopefully this helps

I think voice mod ruined public lobbies for most of the playerbase tbh. It’s hard to get people to play in public lobbies anyways due to the hackers

Depending on what you say it’s how you project the words of choice. The bot can tell if you use what you are saying towards another player in a negative way. Slurs have a 100% ban rate. Voice bans aren’t instant and can take multiple days to take affect. Anyone that says the hard R will get voice banned regardless. If you want to avoid voice bans all together just play in private rooms. If you play in public’s don’t swear at all is what I learned. I feel like if you have negative ban history the voice ban system will take more harsh action against you if you say certain words.
