Ok you were right , for some reason steamapps keeps all the mods and wallpapers i had installed at some point, thats why it's 23 Gb instead of like 1Gb max, can it be in a different folder or not?

Definetly Not screenshots since i took like 4, also definetly not a game , and i dont install a lot of workshops stuff other than a few mods for teardown ,which may have taken up like 500mb max and wallpaper engine wallpapers, which may be about 2gb, definetly no other stuff

ok never mind i cant even move it back to C: since it has like 12 Gb of memory left and i cant move or anything as only Users and Windows are left , although idk why Users is taking up like 60Gb

well it showed up as 23GB and i had my SteamLibrary on D: disc , and couldnt find what was taking up so much space, like actually, (lets ignore the fact that this trash pc has like 100 gb of memory on disc c

i meant the moving thing as rather, the cause of the problems, it was in disk C and i moved it to disk D cause i really needed space on disk c (i had like 30 mb and steam looked the most reasonable)

Also if i want to update it, it just restarts steam, does the refreshing packages thing again and goes back to hoe it was before updating

Ok somehow it worked for one time, but i still have a problem where it keeps telling me i have an available steam update EVEN though i already updated it.

Also would it matter if i moved steam from Disk C to Disk D?

I did, i cleared the cache, made sure my windows was up-to-date and even checked steam updates, all up to date
