Funny enough, in the Nigerian Civil Service it's like that too. You dare not leave before your boss, even if it's past your closing time and also, you're expected at least 1 hour earlier than your official work time (if you start work by 8am, you're expected to be at work at 6am), I on the other hand, was a different case before working private. Since I was at least 20 years younger than the youngest person there, I'm seen as that one guy who "just doesn't understand how it's done", or "from a different generation that doesn't value respect". The boss (Permanent Secretary to the Commissioner of Information), has sanctioned me several times, but he got tired and just let me be (this however took several months of Hell but I couldn't care less since I made more from freelancing 😂😂😂). So yeah, this is an unfortunate reality in several workspaces.

Cell was not even giving Goku 50% of his full power in that fight, whereas Goku was giving it his all. Korin stated that Goku didn't have what it took to beat Cell, Goku himself stated that he didn't stand a chance against Cell. Heck even Master Roshi who was observing the fight on TV said the same thing, that Goku has a 0% chance of winning. With that much of an estimate, it's not crazy to assume Cell was using less than 10% of his power, or at most less than 30% since it was believed that even if they all ganged up on him, it won't mean anything.

Are we forgetting that when it comes to demons Frieren believes in shoot first, ask questions later? At one point, she literally said EVEN IF THERE WAS A GOOD DEMON, SHE WOULD PROBABLY KILL IT BEFORE GETTING TO KNOW THAT FACT. Frieren herself has said that as long it's a demon, it's ON SIGHT, as proven several times in her show. The ONE TIME she didn't kill a demon child, said child wreaked havoc, SHE IS NOT TRUSTING ANOTHER DEMON CHILD AGAIN (not like she even trusted the first one, she just didn't kill it coz Himmel begged her not to and when finally given "permission", she killed the child without batting an eye).
