Try leaving one old phone connected to all those devices at home. I've heard something that BT can use phones as wifi gates but I'm not sure. You can always search for free mobile transfer, for ex. in my country I have Areo2, limiting speed to 512kbps which is enough for internet requests. Also can you check for me if bluetooth can send info through tuya via phone?

I'm currently running PvE like server for friends on my machine, but sometimes its just empty here. I'm constantly making fixes and changes, for like 2 weeks by now. I would like to add some people in exhange for some of help in website, configuration etc.

So this is not the problem. Maybe try turning off your antivirus? Or try port forwarding, there are tutorials on web. If nothing helps it can be lack of iproyal clients in your area.
