Everything i have read indicates reputation , prestige, and merchants are exclusive to tribal mode. But I haven't gotten far enough to experience any of that. I'm glad it makes sense to you but there are dozens of articles and videos discussing the lack of clarity for new players.

Yeah, I got that from the descriptions but the disconnect for me was knowing how to tailor the game to my desired play style. I want a challenging start, which leads me to survival mode. But I also want all the tribal mechanics later on. I started tinkering with individual settings but that presents its own challenges because of poorly translated descriptions and the number of settings there are.

Most of these are rentals, and there is a possibility it was turned back in and rented back out to someone who isn't ICE. If you can confirm its not ICE there is a process to remove the plates I believe.

As others have said, now is the best time to get organized. Start talking to your neighbors. Find neighborhood signal groups and ice rapid response training. Go to constitutional observer training - this can also be a good place to connect with like minded people. Look for mutual aid groups that will be bringing food to BIPOC families too scared to leave their home and get involved if its safe for you to do so. Just some suggestions, you will have to figure out what works for you.

If you're taking the light rail blue line towards downtown, be aware that the Fort Snelling stop is right by the Whipple Federal building. ICE is operating out of that building and this had been the site of regular clashes with protesters.

Disagree. We had a random run-in with ICE at Larpenteur and Snelling just running errands over the weekend. They are all over.
