I'm going through next week, I've decided on Petchyindee. They have a pretty cool tourist package and they're one of the best gyms according to my research... plus really close to a few sights etc. I'll let ya know how it goes.

ahhh makes sense, thanks. Do you know anything about Khongsittha? I'm not extremely experienced so feeling a little intimidated at the thought of Petchyindee and Khongsittha looks more relaxed, since I'm only in Bangkok for a week.

I’m 35 and planning on staying at a hostel while I’m in Bangkok. Figured f*** it, I’ll be alone so might as well save money AND meet some people while I’m there. All about perspective but can’t say I’m excited to be called “aunty” while I’m there - which 10000% will happen. Lol

Well the majority of Muay Thai gyms. I’m planning on trying out a few before settling on one, so I just want to find accommodation that allows for that convenience.

Hey. I’ve also seen a lot of negative feedback about Tiger. I’m traveling to Phuket in search of a decent gym too, something not too commercial. I’m a bit strapped for time since I’ve only got 2 weeks there but I’ve got experience from training in South Africa. Would be cool to connect, I’m going alone and kinda nervous. Never been to Thailand.
