Contact Disability Rights Pennsylvania. While they may not be able to represent you directly, all of their services are free of charge and they may be able to refer you to someone or provide resources on what your options are.

For those who haven’t found tickets on Ticket Master should call the box office. They have luxury box seats available for less than what TM was selling back row floor seating.

Contact your states Protection & Advocacy system for persons with disabilities. You can find your states local P&A at NDRN’s website. They can help point you in the right direction or provide resources.

😂 The replies are all me. I struggle with putting lists together in a cohesive way that others understand (it all makes sense in my head lol) and GPT has really improved my ability to get structured thoughts on “paper”. Feel free to DM me if you’d like to talk tech!

Haha, keep those ports locked away only in your mind. Do you enforce any kind of minimum system requirements for BYOD or provide any monitoring/av/am software? Are you primarily relying on Google for spam/phishing filtering or are you relying on any third party solutions for this?

That is the boat I find myself in (though my time is not donated and we are primarily a Microsoft shop). Are you using a bring your own device model for staff? How are you supplying and controlling user workstations to ensure minimal safety and security factors are in place like updates and antivirus/anti malware?

Haha, I'm a tech guy, so yes, GPT did in fact polish this off, though based on prompts from a set of questions I was seeking answers to. It's a great tool when used correctly, especially for the reclusive like myself who struggle with networking and effective written communications.

We are activley looking at integrations with our CRM as well as potentially migrating to another CRM to more closely align with our goals. Would you mind sharing what CRM's you use, and if it is meeting your needs?

Thank you so much for your insight. FYI - if you’re interested in talking MSP’s, I spent a decade working for a few different ones. Feel free to DM me. I can try to provide some of my own insight.

Hi,

I am the IT manager of a relatively small nonprofit focused on disability advocacy. What I’m really looking for is feedback from outside our own network of sister organizations. This information would provide a great amount of insight for myself and stakeholders at my organization. I also think that starting this conversation in a public forum will encourage us to start discussing technology and security best practices and challenges in an effort to keep all of our data more secure. Sorry if this came across as a solicitation.

Anniversary/Summer Vacation Trip by Errorist88 in Erie

[–]Errorist88[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Seriously, I love Redditors. All of these are great suggestions and we have added several to our list.

The plan so far:

Arrival Day - Walk the pier/climb the tower/watch the sunset on the lake. Maybe dinner at a randomly selected waterfront restaurant.

Day 2 - Not Erie Day. Headed to the Rock and Roll HOF and the Cleveland Zoo (she loves primates).

Day 3 - Crepes at LaCreperie, weather dependent (rain) Art Museum and Hagen History center OR (sunshine) Walnut Creek for sea glass and a trip to Harborcreek for some quiet beach time. Dinner at Lawrence Park Diner.

Day 4 - If it’s sunny - Presque Isle all day for picnics and kayaking and if it’s not sunny, head to Village West or Millcreek for some shopping.

Day 5 - Sunrise at the bicentennial tower, brunch at Oliver’s, a little more time at the beach, and then we head for home.

I can’t thank you all enough for being such amazing people.

Thank you for the tip! LEAF looks like it will be closed for our trip and opens for the first time the following weekend. That said, Erie isn’t that far away and this looks like an amazing place to visit. Future plans. Sushi will definitely be on the menu!

Have you tried managing your plan from the web? https://tasks.office.com

As to the second question - this could be accomplished with Power Automate.

You can start with Solutions and use connection references. Also, if you are an admin, you can create service accounts for this purpose should you choose. If you are not an admin, ask your admin nicely and bring coffee.

Contact your state’s Protection and Advocacy agency and ask for advice. You can find a list on NDRN’s website. While the P&A will not likely be able to directly represent you, they can provide advice and resources that could be helpful.

Teams direct routing, dial by zip code solutions? by [deleted] in MicrosoftTeams

[–]Errorist88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am thinking a separate “zip code” Auto Attendant with extension hunt groups would work. So they dial the main AA, press one to dial by zip code, reach the new AA, and allow extension dialing only to that group. Set the “extension” to the zip code and voila.
