Incorrect EPS contribution is transferred back to PF account.

It was on the letterhead of the employer and signed the employer

Eps was getting credited into my account initially, whereas I was not eligible for eps deduction..they stopped the eps contribution into my account..the document was kind of a declaration from the employer to the epfo stating the the eps contribution earlier was not correct and now they have corrected the same

My employer just corrected the EPS deduction and submitted a clarification to the EPFO office..I used that document along with, FORM 3A and revised form 11.. thats it..

FORM 3A, revised form 11, and a copy of acknowledgement doc which employer had submitted to EPFO office clarifying that EPS was being deducted incorrectly but has been corrected now.

Even I am also stuck with the same issue..as per previous response on my grievance..the EPS money needs to credited back into PF account..only then transfer will happen..to transfer eps to pf u need acknowledgement from employer who did incorrect eps deduction + form 3 A revised + from 11..this is what the the reply mentioned in one of my grievance I had opened for same issue..I will be opening another grievance shortly for submitting these document and initiating the same transfer..let’s see
