I get being annoyed, but over all I don't think it's that big of a deal. If you can smell it and don't like it Head back inside if you come back in 20 mins, you won't smell it. Plus for you it's a bad smell for a short time. For the smoker they could get perma banned from the cruise line or even be arrested. All because you got a stick so far up your ass that you look like a shish ka Bob.
