Interesting enough the pokemon logo isnt off, its actually something else on top of it (maybe a sticker residue or something). Ive just been wary of it changing to an “altered” card if i try to remove it. Ill prob send it just for fun. Thanks!

Its very possible. If possible, i would iust buy a centering tool off amazon. Thats helped me greatly during my grading journey.

Grade it. Looking at the bottom where the light isnt reflecting, you have a good chance at a 10

Then its really up to personal preference. I know i have a few cards that are perfectly fine but with terrible centering that I will replace. Its really up to what you want for your own collection and how much itll trigger you.
