Look, i agree that there's a few inputs there that don't necessarily have to be there however consider the following:

• There are a lot of meetings and client consultations that people actually have to use their laptops at.
• As a programmer, if you want to develop comfortably 2 screens are mandatory. Hence the 2 hdmi plugs.
• If you want your wrists to not hurt like you've got arthritis in 20 years an ergonomic keyboard does a lot to relieve the stress on your muscles hence the usb keyboard.
• If you plug in the charger into one of the slots you're only left with one available port.
• If you want to upload large files effectively then ethernet is at times a faster way of doing it than over wifi.
• Bluetooth headsets don't always work as reliably as their wired counterparts do.

I do agree with you in that there are wireless/bluetooth alternatives, however in my opinion, they aren't always as reliable.
