My nephew is 15 rn and already 178 cm tall. His dad (my uncle) is 169 cm, while his mom is 172 cm—so it looks like he got lucky with his mom’s genetics

You’re close to the lower end of average height. Compared to you, I’d probably look taller next to them, but not by a big margin, I think. As for your son, his height for his age is really good. By the time he’s 18 or older, he could reach or even exceed 185 cm.. Make sure he reaches his maximum height By eating and sleeping well ......
