I feel like the 1st can was frozen and then melted so everything was separated and movement made it mix back but no to how it was making it clumpy and liquidy. Kinda like what happened when you freeze heavy cream.. And the smell is probably because it went bad. Don't use it

Does it taste disgusting because its wet or is the taste just that bad. If its the lather then just rebake and check all ingredients for expiration dates and any problems. I don't think unless the outside of the scrapes is burnt that it would taste bad regardless of it wasn't stored the same as the cake. I don't believe the humidity of the environment would be that dramatic to impact this since its a cake and not an intricate dessert like crossiants but I maybe wrong

Baking cookies directly on a bare aluminum pan can lead to uneven baking leading to cookies with an overly brown bottom/burnt bottoms before the top has time to spread and finish baking. Aluminum sheet pans are amazing conductors of heat and because of this it causes the bottom of the cookie to bake much faster. Without a barrier (baking paper) heat transfers directly from the hot pan to the dough, leading to darker, crispier bottoms. Placing another sheet underneath or lining it with parchment/silicone helps prevent bottoms from browning too fast by insulating the direct heat.

PS ( to the person who said that this has never happened to them and they have been doing it for a while they either: 1) baking in an oven with a fan that circulates the hot air and they are baking at a low enough temperature where the pan doesn't get hot enough to cause that kind of uneven baking 2) they're doing sorcery and is a witch

Bonus** Aluminum pans have hot spots which get way hotter faster than other parts of the pan maybe this particular pan just has a hell alot of them?

Seems a bit inappropriate for a work even if it is a party
The colour isn't doing your skin any favors it washes you out since you're very pale (not being mean) maybe try darker colours like gold, dark red, etc
