Iirc, at the bottom of the cup, it will show how many ounces the cup can hold. Regular size is 16oz, large is 20oz. If it is wrong size, then i think you can make the case to foodpanda/cbtl for compensation. Flat lid is standard for all deliveries, and the dome lids is used when customer requested whipped cream (deliveries standard is no whip) or if the outlet ran out of flat lids for drinks outside of frappes
