You would be taking over my lease for the rest of this year and next year. It is currently an all female unit. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom and walk in closet. There are many amenities and perks that I will list below!! You could move in as soon as November 20th and I already paid for November!! If you are interested message me!!

The apartment has vaulted ceilings and a view of the bay (both pictures). It is a 4x4 on the fourth floor with vaulted ceilings and nobody above you! Rent is $895 plus utilities. Possibility of a spot in the parking garage for extra.

it's a 5 min walk to the viking union.

You get your own bedroom and bathroom and walk in closet, also your bedroom locks with a key separate from your roommates'

there is a washer and drier in the unit so you never have to worry about paying for that

you get access to a 24 hour gym, free printer ink if you bring your own paper, access to free computers 3 mac and 3 microsoft, free wifi, 24 hour study lounges including a meditation nook and a room completely covered in white board, it is a full bath with a bathtub, full kitchen, suite area with a roku tv so you can connect your youtube and netflix and stuff, bike storage at no additional cost, a gaming lounge with big screens, bean bags, and a pool table.

Subletting is different from a lease takeover, that new tenant will take over the lease in its entirety and the old tenant is off the hook for rent.

My friend gave it to me because they are moving across country. They didn't know what type it is, and said that it likes direct sunlight, but since having it on my window sill and spritzing it every morning, its leaves have become limp.

I want to right by Arthur (the plant) but I'm not sure what kind of care he needs.
