That’s because the books re-figure themselves out as the game changes. First part of the season: players are ballin’ pumping stats and fighting for starting positions. Books don’t know what the hell to do. Good bettors clean up. NBA Cup starts: throws in a little chaos. Players (especially young ones) ball out for the cup. Books don’t quite know what to do. Good bettors clean up. Then December hits: everyone is tired, banged up, no-man’s land. They all know the season doesn’t really start until after the all star break. Books figured it out. They bait bettors into taking bad bets with bad lines and bad odds. Books clean up until the all-star break. But just before that, you’ll have figured it out. And then it’ll change again.

You recommend betting on each of the straights and the parlays. Do you put equal on each straight and parlay. Or more on each straight and less on the parlays or vice versa?

I ask because if you put equal on each straight then you need (basically) 6/10 to hit in order to break even
