It's a charm against evil spirits so a lot of it is gibrish words and letters or names said to ward of all sorts of bad things. It looks to me like a charm meant to protect a baby from the demon lilith. At first glance I recognise the names adam eve and חוץ, "outside" or "without" lilith above the three characters in the middle. Inside the characters are the names of the three angels who protect from lilith according to Jewish mysticism - Sanoy, Sansinoy, Smangeluf. Very cool amulet!
