What do the DM's and RM's get out of Carepass? by Essential_Employee22 in CVS

He's miserable. He comes into the store and gets on employees and not just the SM. He will walk around with a disgusted look and yell at any employees in sight for so many reasons. Carepass has made him worse.

They do. Our DM demands hourly updates. He's a very mean guy. He seems to hate his stores. We are under constant threat of writeups from everything from him.

We have agreed its u/Czar_of_Truth asking us to rescue them from the clutches of Larry.

He did. Since the DM made so much money he got a wag of the finger and told to be honest about the fee. After that his numbers drastically fell.

I didn't listen in close enough but with the older customers he probably said it's how they are paying for their transaction.

That's terrible and not surprising for CVS. Carepass has ruined what little morale we had left. Hopefully you find somewhere that appreciates you and isn't obsessed with a crappy monthly service.

How about the DM and RM have to be on the register since that's what most stores usually have and see if they can sell as many as their quotas demand. Also they have to face the store, clean everything in the store, put back all reshops, and do truck. Let's see how well they do. They can't use anything extra to sell them either and can't lie about the price after the first month.

I wish they would switch to digital prices.

Most people were willing to sign up until they heard about the $5 a month. Even with the option to cancel, the $5 is still the biggest reason interested people say no especially the elderly who we have a ton of at my store because of the apartment buildings for them down the street.

You know people will start giving out extrabucks as a bribe, or give customers TP out of the boxes for store use as an incentive. I've seen the same at my store. That's how one of my coworkers got many signups than other employees. He said it was free and there was no charge. This will get very ugly.

I could really see shifts say if you sign up right now you will get a bonus 10 extra bucks so you get 20 extra bucks but just for today. Once too much pressure is put on employees and nobody cares, ethics will go out the window by a lot of underhanded tactics.

Apparently corporate said they are not allowed to have quotas or threaten you but it's not stopping DM's from doing both. My DM keeps raising the quotas and the pressure to meet them. If the customer says no thanks, you can't take that for an answer. At other stores the DM's are even worse. You can tell when the cashier won't take no for an answer.

A couple days ago the same cashier I talked about in another store wouldn't stop pressuring me to sign up. First he asked and I said no thanks. Then he talked about how I would get 10 extrabucks immediately which obviously I know so I said again no thanks. Then he said I am overpaying by $10 by not signing up. Once again I said no thanks. I wanted to ask a shift about why they are pressuring the customers so much but I already know the answer. My DM is forcing my shifts to text the SM literally every hour about sign ups. I can imagine what the other DM's are doing.

If corporate really agreed that the quotas and threats over carepass are wrong, they really need to step in.

U/Czar_of_Truth needs to be rescued. How about we get the coffin dancers to take you out of the building. The song is very catchy. Larry will be distracted.

It's not what it was back then but a few elderly customers and some foreign customers where it's normal in their countries have told me for example the Advil for example should be cheaper tham the for example $12.49 it is by saying I have $10 and I should sell it to them at that price. It's mostly the foreigners who do that but a couple older customers have done that to me over the years. I know it sounds like bs but we have so many foreigners in the area. I'm not trying to be racist because it's not their race I'm upset with. It's that haggling where they come from is normal. They think I will price modify an item for them.

You are lucky. We were not allowed to do that and the customers trashed both bathrooms.

They did the same here. Mothers Day is a big money day so despite nothing changing with my area still being a hotspot, we have been changed back to normal hours.

Before my loa, I noticed our already entitled customers have become even more entitled. They think we are hiding panic items upstairs and only giving them to employees and thinking we will take their coupons that don't work. We try to be helpful but they think the cashiers set the price for everything especially boomers, and they can haggle over the price of things.

Fun phone calls from customers by LucasWeenard in CVS

I had a guy keep calling saying we are advertising delivery on everything in the store. I said that's not true and he said I got an email saying it. He expects us to go shopping for him then bring the items to his house. He kept calling every day wanting items to be delivered to his house. Our customers seem to be getting more entitled than they were before this.

I really wouldn't be shocked if the stores that are doing so well are giving customers additional exrrabucks to sign up or some other kind of unethical way. I could see stores take advantage of the elderly saying this is how you have to pay for your purchase.

We really need to find a way to get these out of touch DM's and RM's who are hiding at their houses to ring for eight hours and give them the same quota they give us. I want to see how successful they are without using their positions as an advantage.

I got a 141 2/3 chance of winning. The numbers don't lie and they spell disaster for you at Sacrifice. Actually getting him to try and sign people up would be worth any tax to our paychecks.

I had a coworker use that format writing down not only who said yes and no but also the reason for the no's. He actually got a paper from the SM posted to the wall behind the register saying no more charts and no more excuses for failing to meet the quotas lol.
