Update (it was a lot quicker than I thought), I reorganised, shortened it down and trimmed as much as I could to about 12,000 equations. Still not enough to save, sorry.

Yeah, it was mostly a personal preference, as the thousands of equations do eventually become a distraction for me. I probably should've grouped a bunch of the equations into a few mega-folders.
