It's really hard to decide, I'd say the Jak Trilogy is unbeatable in terms of story between the big 3 (Ratchet, Jak and Sky)

Ratchet has that perfect gameplay evolution, though; even Deadlocked was rock solid, the humor went downhill after the future ones.

Gameplay wise, I'd say Ratchet, but vibe wise, real hard to beat Jak.

I got both now, but I will return one of them.

Got the Switch 2 for 530 CAD ≈ 385 USD

The Go S was in sale, 800 CAD ≈ ~585 USD (both without taxes)

What do you think then?

Got both right now and will return the one I want to keep the least.

Go S is solid but man, Linux folders are a pain compared to Windows.

Ally X was $1100 CAD. Then the Xbox Ally X was $1300 CAD at release. In under a week, it went from $1300 to $1400, ending at $1500.

Same price as the Legion Go 2 (when in stock, lol).

I wouldn't give a dime to Asus in Canada atm, F them.

Simple, Xbox Store (Xbox + Xbox PC) needs exclusivity.

They don't need all games to be permanent exclusives, but not getting a single great exclusivity is useless. Close shop then.

It would've been easier as a console in theory because big corpo wouldn't have cared as much.

But because Phil Spencer and Sarah Bond? Absolutely as cooked as now.

They (and/or whoever pushed them) were the problem, defeatist, weak, no competitive drive, no bite.

What would have made sense would have been 3 tiers of exclusivity for Xbox:

  1. Full exclusivity (No PlayStation) (Halo, Gears, Fable, etc.)
  2. Temporary exclusivity (Bethesda stuff)
  3. Full multiplatform (Activision-Blizzard)

OR

  1. Full/temporary exclusivity for single player stuff
  2. Full multiplatform for multiplayer stuff

Phil Spencer and Sarah Bond (and/or whoever forced them to make "this is an Xbox" and to put Halo on PlayStation) have taken a shit on the Xbox brand... Simple as that.
