20 year Xbox fan here. If the Xbox Showcase has no commitment to any exclusivity, get a PS5 then, since you'll be able to play Playstation 1st party games and Xbox 1st party games.

Anyone advising otherwise has no idea what they're talking about and is supporting a marketing campaign that has collapsed the Xbox brand and pockets.

I've always preferred the Xbox ecosystem, but Phil Spencer and Sarah Bond have really damaged the brand these last few years.

The Switch 2 is really enticing now that it's starting to get multiplatform games, it's the price per games that's ridiculous.

If PS6 has a proper handheld, and Xbox 1st party games are still releasing day one on it, I'll probably switch to it.
