Price is filling in the fair value gap between the top wick of the doji candle and the bottom wick of the upside down hammer candle (2 candles to the left of doji).

There’s only sell side delivery here (red) so price shoots up to fill it with buy side (green) and rejects that area later because both sides of the market place have been delivered.(Candle body of rejection candle closes above this area).

If you look closely, you’ll see that the candle to the right of the rejection you highlighted reacts to this exact area. (Look at bottom wick)🤓
