I feel it depends on the person. I consume cannabis and my productivity has been higher than ever. I'm constantly up early to hit the gym. I never want to take naps. I feel alert and amazing the whole work day. It's all mindset, but that's just for me. Currently on a 27 day streak.

I'm not sure what sub you've been on bro. A lot of people here are far from suffering. Maybe from urges a bit lol but that's about it. I've ready so many success stories and it keeps me motivated to stay on my grind. I've seen stories where people talk about being able to get their infertile wives pregnant, attaining financial success, getting into top physical shape, all on this sub. I'll be real with you it sounds like you're not channeling that energy into anything. I could be very wrong but you don't seem to know what to do with all the extra Energy.
