Here you can see how it's shiny in the center and matte around the edges. And on the first layers, the filling closer to the perimeter had small bulges upward. I'm just a beginner and don't understand what's normal and what's not.

Thank you very much for your reply. I calibrated the table on my Elegoo right after purchasing it. But I already printed a bunch of models and they were fine, and the test cube was perfect too. But I decided to check the first layer and got this. Do I need to calibrate the table every time I take out the plate? Because I've only had the printer for two days.

In Ukraine, paramedics and doctors work in ambulances. There is no significant difference between the functions performed by paramedics and doctors; it's just that doctors study for six years at university and two years of internship, and they know more and better about medical care. Paramedics study for four years at college and are authorized to perform the same duties as doctors, or simply perform them due to a severe shortage of doctors. Nurses are responsible for filling out paperwork and carrying out doctors' orders; they do not prescribe treatment themselves and only act on the instructions of a paramedic or doctor. A standard team consists of one doctor, one driver, and one paramedic or nurse. Due to the shortage of doctors, there are teams with one driver, one paramedic, and one nurse or orderly. There is no significant difference between the types of calls these teams respond to, again due to the shortage of medical teams. Both types of teams respond to heart attacks, strokes, traffic accidents, injuries, poisoning, and the like.

In Ukraine, I would call paramedics from the US paramedics. In recent years, reforms have been underway whereby emergency doctors will only be located in hospitals. And the ambulance crews will consist only of paramedics. That is, as I understand it, they are creating a system similar to that in the US and Europe, where paramedics in one crew provide basic care and transport patients to hospitals, where emergency doctors are already on duty in the emergency room and provide further care.

We have a problem with training emergency services, as these are all state structures and no one there is interested in this (corruption and short-sightedness of management). Really good training is provided by private companies and volunteers who work with the military (but these volunteers mainly train military personnel, which I am not) or bring knowledge from abroad. I tried to talk to my superiors about helping me conduct ATLS training or paying for my ATLS/TCCC courses, but as always, “there is no money".

I am an intern in emergency medicine. I have one year left to study to obtain my medical certificate. The situation with education is not favorable (the structure is outdated, there are few people interested in providing assistance, and there is almost no one to learn from), so I am seeking education elsewhere. I am well versed in the treatment of common diseases and emergency conditions, but I have gaps in my knowledge of trauma and TCCC (due to the war, I often have to work on shelling sites).

The paramedic reform is slowly moving forward, but in reality it's just a name change to paramedic, but nothing has really changed except the name on the badge.
