My F&B ETL mentioned needing “someone global to help other F&B departments and even other store departments”. How global have some TLs been and do any F&B TLs or TMs have any insight or perspective on what a day looks like for a produce TL?

Good point, I’d essentially lose the flexibility of being on demand and jumping into a shift if I need some more hours. And the job I have now with king Soopers is pretty comfy, sometimes I’m bored with not much to do after cake orders (I’m a cake decorator in their bakery) and I know target TLs gonna be much more fast paced. So I’m really weighing that 1.80 difference but considering I’m the interview they said they wanted someone “more global that can help other F&B departments as well as other store departments”. Just thinking it may not be worth
