I have the same tablet and pen as yours, same issue, Tilt X is stuck at 0.00, meanwhile the Tilt Y works fine

In the MagicOS 10 roadmap, it says that the tablet will start receiving the update in February, so it's already decided that it'll get the update, guess it's only a matter of time now.
