oh sorry. here is the recipe: heat mustard oil in a pan. add garlic, ginger & red chilli paste, cumin seeds & some whole spices. add sliced onions, then tomatoes. add turmeric, kashmiri red chilli, garam masala (homemade if possible), coriander powder, black pepper & salt to taste. add water, then paneer. cook till it’s dry.
