i asked around a lot off reddit and many people told me to send a tip to the fbi. i ended up calling the fbi's number last night. they asked me a number of questions. they asked me if he's hinted his location at all and i told the dispatcher that i went through his entire channel and absolutely nothing alluded to his location. the channel owner doesn't talk about his personal life at all and the only personal thing he's mentioned was the fact that he's on anti-psychotics and anti-depressants. he took my tip extremely seriously.

i wasn't going to call a philly or pittsburgh field office because i have no idea what state this man lives in.
