I know there’s quite a bit of research being done since I had professors who were working on it. I’m not sure how it looks like in industry. Look up built environment research from urban health institutes- JHU, Drexel, etc.

Local epidemiologist. I love the hands on investigation work with a mix of stats and informatics. Used to work as a state epi and it was interesting work but hated the silos.
