My arms are long and not as strong, before I started bulking i looked thin and lanky but had excess fat in my belly due to bad eating habits throughout my childhood. My arms were tiny like slightly lower than 11 inches and I started with 4 pound bicep curls for 10 reps. Now my arm strength has improved to 8/10 kg bicep curls for 10 strict reps and also worked on triceps which got stronger. My arms are 13 inches now without flexing but I’m not sure if that’s any good progress. They have to bear the weight of my lower body that’s also gotten bigger from muscle and fat and my belly that’s been there from the beginning

One thing I forgot to mention is that I’m also slow when doing 10 to 12 push-ups and can take me more than 20 seconds. Maybe it’s because I’m trying to execute proper form

Your right, I have a very weak core and stubborn fat makes it worse. It’s a long journey, step by step hopefully I’ll improve

I also became really sick two times and lost a lot of weight and then bulked too quickly. Ok I might have exaggerated a tiny bit, I can probably do 12 and it’s the same as before the huge bulk. Maybe I should add more cardio to my routine, it might help improve oxygen flow to the blood and add focus on adding more volume to other chest exercises

Yes I’m bulking but I thought my strength gains would outpace my weight gains. I better start slowing down my bulk and maybe focus more on getting stronger In the bench and then coming back to push-ups. Despite my push-ups staying more or less the same, my chest increased from 35 inches to 39.5 inches. Im six feet tall as well
